Retail Sales Associate

**About the Job** Pers Maskinbod sells garden machinery and equipment for green spaces. We are a privately owned company located outside Sjöbo. We offer you a position in a wonderful team with a strong sense of community. **RESPONSIBILITIES** We are currently looking for a sales associate for our store in Sjöbo. Here, you will work with freedom under responsibility and have significant opportunities to influence your work. Your primary task is to sell by ensuring that the customer has a great experience, always prioritizing service and customer satisfaction at every moment. In addition to sales, you will ensure that all shelves are well-stocked, that products are well-positioned, maintain cleanliness in the store, unpack goods, respond to customer emails, and pack online orders. The role includes delivering machinery to customers and installing robotic lawn mowers on-site at customer locations. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, possesses a conscious desire to sell, has a strong service mindset, is accommodating and flexible, and takes responsibility for the store's condition and orderliness. A passion for machinery is preferred, as our store represents many leading manufacturers, and we place great importance on the ability to deepen product knowledge. A forklift license is an advantage. Previous experience in selling garden machinery and handling cash registers is also a plus. You enjoy meeting people, selling, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment, and you understand the importance of good customer interaction and service, which contributes to satisfied returning customers. We also appreciate that you are computer literate and familiar with the basics of common Windows programs. Working hours are weekdays during the day, with some Saturdays occurring in the peak season. Furthermore, we would like to see that you have the drive and interest to develop within the company. A BE license is an advantage.
