Uniflex is now seeking a Business Unit Manager for our office operations team in Stockholm! About the Position As Business Unit Manager, you will have a central and operational role responsible for the entire sales process and relationships with our partners. Your focus will be on driving business forward through both new customer acquisition and development of existing customer relationships. We have an experienced team that is strong in delivery, and we are now seeking a sales-oriented Business Unit Manager who can fully focus on sales and new customer acquisition within the white-collar segment, including reception, office, customer service, and administration. With a strong focus on growth, you will lead and develop your team and work towards clearly defined goals to create growth and results. In this role, you will be a key player in creating long-term customer relationships and developing business strategies, while contributing to a positive and inspiring work environment.
