ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Business System Analyst for PipeChain, you will be part of the Material EMS Supply team, collaborating cross-functionally with other teams within Operations. Material EMS Supply is part of the Demand and Supply organization within Axis Global Supply Chain. To maintain high growth in a competitive market, the team continuously develops and improves their supply chain and system usage. The team of driven colleagues is responsible for securing material availability to deliver Axis products to their global customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work tasks
This role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical specifications for the PipeChain system.
* Analyzing, developing, and optimizing the use of Material Supply's internal systems.
* Defining continuous improvements within the purchasing order management process.
* Initiating and driving improvement areas through cross-functional collaborations.
* Being responsible for maintaining and increasing internal knowledge and competence within the team, using your pedagogical and communicative skills to train new colleagues in Axis systems.

We are seeking an individual with a genuine passion for identifying areas of improvement, with a system-oriented approach. To excel in this role, you should have:
- Relevant education or at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Adaptable and thrive when working with diverse systems and a variety of tasks
- Self-motivated and curious
- Structured and organized
- Able to see both details and the big picture
