The IT department is a dedicated team of eight colleagues, bringing together developers, support specialists, and integration experts. Right now, we are in an exciting phase where we are structuring and centralizing our IT services to better support the entire Allgon organization on a global scale. Our mission is to create a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment that enables innovation and growth across all subsidiaries. About the Role As a Business Software Developer, you will play a key part in developing, maintaining, and optimizing business-critical IT systems that support our operations and strategic growth. You will work across the full technology stack, from building scalable backend systems and integrations to improving our cloud infrastructure and ensuring seamless system performance. As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you’ll contribute to developing robust, secure, and efficient software solutions that enable smarter and more effective business processes. Key Responsibilities: • Developing business-related IT systems. • Building and maintaining scalable applications, infrastructure, and code. • Developing robust integrations with third-party vendors. • Designing and building REST APIs. • Iterating and improving our cloud infrastructure. • Developing Infrastructure as Code templates. • Troubleshooting issues and performing bug fixing on systems developed or operated by the IT department. What We’re Looking For We believe you are at the start of your software development career and eager to grow your skills, building on the foundation from your studies and/or previous work experience. You have a genuine passion for learning and for building well-structured, efficient, and maintainable systems. You’re a communicative and collaborative team player who enjoys working with others, while also being self-driven and eager to take ownership of your work. Naturally analytical and curious, you’re motivated by turning ideas and business needs into smart technical solutions and bring both clear communication and problem-solving skills to every challenge.
