We are now looking for a Business Operations Coordinator — someone who keeps daily operations running, takes initiative, solves problems, and ensures everything flows smoothly both internally and externally. This is a role for you who enjoys structure and responsibility — but also appreciates variety and new challenges. **Your Role** As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will become a hub in the organization and an important part of the team. The role combines administration, coordination, customer contact, and project-like tasks — making the work both varied and meaningful. You will, among other things: - Manage support cases and provide customers with a smooth experience - Plan deliveries, orders, and keep track of inventory - Handle onboarding processes and administrative workflows - Assist with internal activities, merchandise, and office projects - Be on-site with customers when needed (installations, support, or follow-ups) - Assess situations and solve problems before they become issues - Provide operational support to the CEO and the team in daily tasks - Manage updates in our systems - Ensure that things do not fall through the cracks — but get done Sometimes the role is practical.
