We are now looking for a Business Operations Coordinator — someone who keeps daily operations running, takes initiative, solves problems, and ensures everything flows smoothly both internally and externally.

**Your Role**
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will become a hub in the organization and an important part of the team. The role combines administration, coordination, customer contact, and project-like tasks — making the work both varied and meaningful.
You will, among other things:
- Manage support cases and provide customers with a smooth experience
- Plan deliveries, orders, and keep track of inventory
- Handle onboarding processes and administrative workflows
- Assist with internal activities, merchandise, and office projects
- Be on-site with customers when needed (installations, support, or follow-ups)
- Assess situations and solve problems before they become issues
- Provide operational support to the CEO and the team in daily tasks
- Manage updates in our systems
- Ensure that things do not fall through the cracks — but get done

**Requirements**
- Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, or a similar role
- Familiarity with working in digital systems (e.g., Office/Google Workspace, CRM, support systems)
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
- Ability to work systematically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
**Meritorious (but not required)**
- Experience in customer support, onboarding, or technical support
- Experience from SaaS, the restaurant industry, or startup environments
- A valid driver's license (B)
- Experience in creating simple graphic materials (e.g., in Canva, presentation materials, or flyers)
