At Uniflex, we are now seeking a Business Unit Manager for our team in Örebro. We are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to be part of and lead a team in a company characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit. About the role
As a Business Unit Manager, you will have a central and operational role where you are responsible for the entire sales process and the relationship with our partners. Your focus will be on driving business forward through both new customer acquisition and the development of existing customer relationships. With a strong focus on growth, you will lead and develop your team, working towards clearly defined goals to create growth and results.
In this role, you will be a key player in creating long-term customer relationships and developing business strategies, while also contributing to a positive and inspiring work environment.
