The Role: Business Growth Executive
As a Business Growth Executive, you are a key player in the sales team – a relationship builder and growth driver. You are responsible for finding new business opportunities, creating leads, and developing contact with brands and agencies at the forefront of digital advertising. This is the role for you if you see business development as a creative process – and want to grow into a senior key account or partnership role in the future.
Your Tasks
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in media, tech, and marketing
- Build and nurture relationships with agencies, marketing managers, and decision-makers
- Create, book, and drive meetings that lead to business
- Support the sales team with research, documentation, and strategic presentations
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and analytics to optimize campaigns and customer value
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Has 1-3 years of experience in sales, B2B, or business development
- Is naturally curious, communicative, and thrives in social settings
- Has an interest in digital media, marketing, and tech
- Enjoys challenging themselves, setting goals, and celebrating results
- Wants to build long-term customer relationships and work in a data-driven manner
