**The Role: Drive Business, Recruit Senior Profiles**
In this dynamic role, you will have a broad and leading responsibility that spans the entire value chain – from winning new clients to filling assignments with the right expertise. The role requires a high degree of independence and exceptional drive, with your focus on building long-term partnerships and ensuring stable growth for Ecareer.
**Your Main Responsibilities:**
1. **New Client Acquisition & Sales (Sales Hunter)**
• **Direct Client Engagement:** Identify and engage new direct clients within the Swedish business sector that require IT and tech consultants. You will drive the entire sales process, from prospecting and cold calling to booking meetings, negotiating, and closing deals.
• **Broker Management:** Establish and maintain relationships with consulting brokers and partners to maximize the inflow of assignment requests.
• **Business Strategy:** Actively contribute to shaping and implementing the sales strategy for our consulting operations.
2. **Tech Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)**
• **Sourcing Senior Profiles:** Responsible for seeking, finding, and establishing contact with senior IT and tech specialists that match client requirements.
• **Relationship Building:** Build and nurture a network of qualified consultants and candidates for future assignments.
• **Matching:** Ensure accurate matching between the consultant's skills and the client's business needs.

• You have a genuine interest in tech and IT competencies.
