Ecareer is now seeking an exceptional hybrid profile – a Sales Representative/Tech Recruiter – who will become a key player in our expansion within IT and tech consulting recruitment. You combine the classic "hunter role" with specialized knowledge in Talent Acquisition.
**The Role: Drive Business, Recruit Senior Profiles**
In this dynamic role, you will have broad and leading responsibilities that span the entire value chain – from winning new clients to filling assignments with the right expertise.

**Your Main Responsibilities:**
1. **New Client Acquisition & Sales (Sales Hunter)**
- **Direct Client Engagement:** Identify and engage new direct clients within the Swedish business community that require IT and tech consultants. You will drive the entire sales process, from prospecting and cold calling to scheduling meetings, negotiating, and closing deals.
- **Broker Management:** Establish and maintain relationships with consulting brokers and partners to maximize the flow of assignment inquiries.
- **Business Strategy:** Actively contribute to shaping and implementing the sales strategy for our consulting operations.
2. **Tech Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)**
- **Sourcing Senior Profiles:** Responsible for searching, finding, and establishing contact with senior IT and tech specialists who match client requirements.
- **Relationship Building:** Build and nurture a network of qualified consultants and candidates for future assignments.
- **Matching:** Ensure precise matching between the consultant's skills and the client's business needs.

- You have a genuine interest in tech and IT competencies.
