Business Development Manager As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and building long-term relationships with our clients. Your focus will be on creating a safe and inspiring customer experience, ensuring that our clients receive the best service and experience possible. You will proactively seek creative solutions that enhance the customer experience and identify new business opportunities that create value for both us and the client. With a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business, you will become a key player in our growth and success. Main Responsibilities: • Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships. • Understand the customer's needs and challenges to identify new business opportunities. • Create and implement strategies to maximize the sales potential of each client. • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that the customer's needs are met and exceeded. • Achieve and exceed KPIs set by the company, such as sales targets. • Strategically follow up on sales and business opportunities based on the established KPIs. Who do we believe you are? We are looking for a communicative and business-driven individual, with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships. You have experience in sales and customer relations, preferably within marketing or influencer marketing. With your strong understanding of customers' business needs, you can translate these into structured solutions. You possess a strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset, enabling you to help our clients achieve success.
