**What You Will Do:**
- **Aggressive New Client Acquisition:** Identify, contact, and qualify new direct clients within the tech and IT sectors, primarily through strategic cold calling and networking.
- **Sales of Recruitment Solutions:** Sell Ecareer's services in recruitment (Search) and consulting staffing of senior IT and tech profiles.
- **Shape the Strategy:** Actively contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes for the new recruitment division.
- **Build Relationships:** Establish and maintain long-term relationships at the management and HR levels with new clients.
- **Promote Expertise:** Position Ecareer as the expert in the market for hard-to-find technical expertise.
