About the position
As a Business Controller, you will work broadly with analysis, follow-up, and operational support within primary care and other parts of our group. You will be an important partner to our operational managers and provide decision-making support that drives efficiency, profitability, and business development forward.
You will report to the CFO or the person responsible for controlling and will be part of an engaged team with colleagues who are eager to share knowledge and collaborate across functions.
Responsibilities
• Ongoing follow-up of results, key figures, and KPIs
• Budgeting and forecasting work in close dialogue with the operations
• Analysis of revenue and cost development as well as identification of improvement measures
• Preparation of decision-making materials, reports, and presentations
• Participate in or lead development projects within governance, processes, or BI
• Support the organization in financial matters, both operationally and strategically
• Communicate and present insights to managers and leadership
Suitable background
We are looking for someone who is analytical, self-driven, and enjoys a role where you can deliver high-quality analyses while working closely with operations. You think logically, are willing to express your opinions, and have a natural ability to build trust and collaborate across professional boundaries.
Your background:
• Several years of experience in the role of business controller
• Academic education in finance or equivalent field
• Excellent skills in Excel, BI tools, and business systems
• Experience from healthcare, service companies, or similar operations is an advantage
• Preferably, you have worked with both public and private revenue models
