Business Controller for Logistics in Eskilstuna

The Assignment We are currently seeking a Business Controller for one of our logistics clients in Eskilstuna. In this role, you will work in a logistics-heavy environment where flows, volumes, and efficiency are central success factors. As a Business Controller, you will support both management and operational leaders, helping to create increased insight into the business's results and areas for development. You will work on everything from monitoring and analysis to developing reports and KPIs, while also driving improvements and contributing to a more data-driven approach. Your responsibilities will include: • Monitoring costs, volumes, and productivity • Identifying deviations • Developing and enhancing reports and decision-making materials for the business • Supporting managers in forecasting and planning activities • Conducting analyses and participating in improvement initiatives related to flows and processes This is a long-term consulting assignment through Libera, with the possibility of direct employment with the client. You will be based at our client's premises in Eskilstuna, but some travel to other parts of the business may occur. Who You Are You have a post-secondary education in finance and a clear interest in analysis, detail, and structure. You may be at the beginning of your career with a few years of experience and ready to grow quickly, or you may have several years of experience as a controller and feel confident taking on more responsibility in a business-oriented role. You are accustomed to working in Excel and have experience with operational systems. Above all, we are looking for someone who is communicative, curious, and has an easy time seeing connections and translating numbers into concrete recommendations. Experience in industry or logistics is highly advantageous. Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required.
