You will be part of our Finance function at Aspia, specifically our controller team, which currently consists of two ambitious colleagues. We are located at Aspia's headquarters in central Stockholm, and together we support the business with analyses, reports, and insights that contribute to better and well-informed decisions. As a Business Controller, you will, among other things: - Prepare reports, forecasts, and budget materials for the business managers. - Conduct ongoing analyses of results, revenues, and costs. - Support managers in the business with financial decision-making materials, result monitoring, and reporting. In this role, you will primarily work closely with our regional/area managers in the business and are expected to take responsibility and independently drive the areas you are responsible for. **Your Profile** To succeed, thrive, and develop in this role, we are looking for someone who: - Holds an academic degree in finance, economics, or equivalent. - Has at least 5–7 years of qualified experience in accounting and/or controlling, and is confident in taking responsibility for complex analyses and decision-making materials. - Has a deep understanding of accounting and year-end processes, and can interpret and analyze financial information. - Possesses good business acumen and the ability to put numbers into a business perspective. - Has a keen interest in systems and experience working in and between different financial systems, with excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint. - Previous experience in a similar role within the consulting industry is considered an advantage. As a person, you are driven, meticulous, and structured. You enjoy working both independently and in teams, have the ability to build relationships, and possess strong communication skills. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, have a strong analytical ability, and enjoy working with analyses and numbers while understanding the business behind them.
