Business Controller Wanted in Södertälje

**Description** Our client in Södertälje is seeking a Business Controller with a focus on Operational Excellence. In this role, you will work closely with a global management team within an R&D area and be responsible for driving financial processes forward. You are expected to work analytically and structured, take significant personal responsibility, and deliver results within your areas. The position requires you to make clear decisions, motivate others, and contribute to good collaboration. You will also hold recurring presentations and therefore need to have strong communication skills and an ease in conveying messages. The work involves finding solutions to complex problems and often thinking creatively to improve and streamline processes. **Responsibilities** You will support the organization in all financial processes, which includes financial planning, budgeting, and ongoing monthly follow-up. The role involves analyzing outcomes, providing decision-making support, and presenting financial results in a clear and informative manner. You will be an active part of a global team, contributing both operationally and strategically to the development of the area. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** - 8–10+ years of relevant experience in controlling - Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI - Good understanding of tools such as EPM Cloud and SAP - Master's degree in finance, business administration, or industrial economics - Proficient in both Swedish and English **Conditions** The work is on-site in Södertälje and is full-time. The assignment period extends from immediate start until June 30, 2026. There is no possibility for remote work.
