Location: Gothenburg Start: As soon as possible Assignment Length: 2-year consultant assignment About the Business Controller Role: As a Business Controller at our customer, you will play a key role in European business control. You will work closely with management and collaborate with colleagues across Europe. The role is both strategic and operational, focusing on driving business results, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the development of new business models. Typical Work Tasks: * Analyze data and create insightful presentations. * Identify risks and opportunities and propose solutions. * Inspire and challenge the team to think innovatively. * Ensure regulatory compliance and drive improvement work. * Lead and participate in improvement projects and ad-hoc initiatives. Who We're Looking For: We are seeking someone who is curious, analytical, and has a strong business mindset. You easily switch between strategic perspectives and practical tasks, and thrive in a role with many contact points. You are a communicative person who enjoys building relationships and collaborating with different parts of the organization. We prefer that you meet the following criteria: * Have an academic degree in economics, finance, or similar. * Have 2-5 years of experience in controlling and working with data analysis and business control. * Are proficient in Excel and have good skills in Swedish and English. * Experience with SAP, Essbase, or Power BI is meritorious. * Have an open mind and a drive to develop and challenge the existing.
