Business Controller

We are looking for a Business Controller for a company in Stockholm (Sundbyberg). The start date is January 2026, with an initial 12-month fixed-term assignment. **Assignment Description** The role encompasses both short-term support in daily operations and long-term development of processes, tools, and working methods. To succeed, we require a structured, self-driven individual who is not afraid to dive in where needed, while also being able to contribute with analysis, structure, and development capabilities at a more strategic level. The purpose of the assignment is to relieve the Business Controller in daily deliveries and to contribute to the long-term development of processes, tools, and working methods. The operational project is a central initiative aimed at creating more operationally close, transparent, and efficient governance, with a particular focus on reporting, KPIs, and decision management. **Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality decision support and analyses. - Participate in planning, follow-up, and forecasting work within both line and project activities. - Identify and drive improvements in processes, working methods, and reporting structures. - Ensure that information is packaged clearly and pedagogically for recipients at different levels. **Tasks:** - Collect, analyze, and present decision support materials. - Participate in planning and follow-up, including forecasts, key figures, and reporting to steering groups and management. - Develop and improve working methods, processes, and reporting structures. - Contribute to the updating of governing documents, routines, and support processes. - Package and present materials in a clear and useful manner for various recipients. Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required for this role. **Security Clearance:** Security clearance and background checks are required. This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Stockholm (Sundbyberg). The start date is January 2026, with an initial 12-month fixed-term assignment, with the possibility of extension thereafter. For this role, you need to be on-site 75% in Sundbyberg.
