Your Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business operations and IT. You will analyze needs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive the implementation of innovative technical solutions. If you have a passion for combining business insights with IT solutions and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!
Examples of tasks include:
• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and transforming them into technical specifications
• Collaborating closely with IT teams and business units to develop and implement system solutions
• Performing analyses of data flows and business processes to identify and resolve inefficiencies
• Developing reports, dashboards, and tools to support data-driven decision-making
• Contributing to system integrations and ensuring that solutions are scalable and future-proof
• Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and according to requirements
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within product development, IT, or business development
• Holds a degree in industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Has a good understanding of agile working methods and frameworks such as Scrum
• Is proficient in Excel and preferably has experience with tools like JIRA or other requirements and project management systems
• Has insight into and understanding of DevOps processes
• Is accustomed to working with and formulating user stories, requirements, and process improvements
• Has a structured approach to work and the ability to drive and improve processes in cross-functional teams
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
