ABOUT THE POSITION ApoEx is a company that provides pharmaceutical supply and healthcare-related services to private providers in aesthetic care, veterinary care, dental care, and health care. The company is experiencing strong growth and has high ambitions, now recognizing the need to strengthen one of its teams with a Business Analyst. In the role of Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving profitability improvements through in-depth analyses. You will be part of ApoEx's pricing and product team, which currently consists of four employees and an engaged manager. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work on behalf of ApoEx. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, with the assignment initially extending until the end of April. The office is located in central Stockholm, where a hybrid model is applied, allowing for some remote work as needed. Examples of tasks include: * Conducting product, pricing, and profitability analyses * Working with assortment and inventory calculations, e.g., inventory holding strategies * Improving data quality in existing systems * Compiling and presenting data and analyses WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Holds a completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, statistics, economics, industrial engineering, or similar) - Has 1-2 years of prior experience in similar tasks - Possesses solid knowledge in data analysis - Has excellent skills in Excel - Is proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written It is advantageous if you have - Experience with Looker Studio or similar BI tools - Experience with NetSuite - Experience in purchasing or business development - Experience in e-commerce PERSONAL QUALITIES To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are analytical, structured, and have an interest in data along with a business understanding.
