About this role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting assignment. Our client is undertaking a comprehensive project to further develop their intranet and internal communication platforms. Substantial groundwork has already been completed through interviews, personas, and requirements gathering, but the material now needs to be updated, quality assured, and translated into clear technical requirements for the next development phase.
In this role, you will take a holistic approach to requirements, drive the work forward, and create structure within a complex organization with multiple user groups, roles, and markets. You will analyze existing materials, revise the requirements, and transform business needs into traceable technical requirements. You will also be responsible for prioritizing requirements, maintaining requirement specifications, process flows, and backlog, as well as contributing to continuous improvement in close collaboration with the development team.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a large, global organization.
• Experienced in working operationally, structurally, and result-oriented – someone who makes things happen.
• Ability to document, analyze, and prioritize requirements clearly and systematically.
• Experience working with personas, user journeys, interviews, and needs analysis.
• Understanding of how business requirements are translated into technical solutions.
• Previous experience with intranets, internal communication platforms, or similar systems.
• Experience working in international environments with diverse user groups.
• Independent, communicative, and confident in driving work forward.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Meriting:
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
• Background in UX, product management, or change management.
