The Business Administrator Role
As a Business Administrator, you have a central role in supporting the CEO and management team in planning, implementation, and follow-up of daily work. You are responsible for administrative and organizational processes, reporting, and communication, functioning as a crucial link between management, organization, and external contacts.
Examples of Responsibilities:
• Structure and coordinate the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel.
• Prepare, document, and follow up on management and board meetings.
• Compile decision-making documentation, reports, and presentations for management and board.
• Drive and follow up on cross-functional projects, deadlines, and initiatives.
• Develop and streamline administrative routines and reporting processes.
• Ensure that information, decisions, and priorities are clearly communicated within the organization.
• The role involves a broad responsibility and suits someone who enjoys combining administration, business support, and analysis in a dynamic environment.
Experience and Competence
We are looking for someone with several years of experience working as a CEO Assistant, Business Administrator, Office Manager, or similar – preferably in an environment where you have had close contact with management and business operations.
You have:
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create professional reports, analyses, and presentations.
• Experience in coordinating processes, meetings, and projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of business flows and organizational structure.
• A natural sense of structure, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in fast-growing companies or groups is meritorious, as is knowledge of digital tools for reporting and project management.
