We are looking for a medical secretary with a focus on basic administrative tasks.

About the Position
You will play a central role in ensuring that our administration runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
- Dictation, Power BI
- Mail handling and registration

Administration within BUP has a large and varied mandate with many tasks. We work in teams with different areas of responsibility, but flexibility is crucial – we assist each other across boundaries when needed. In recent years, we have implemented several task exchanges, with more planned for the future. This means you will have the opportunity to develop and take on new tasks in line with the needs of the organization.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has training as a medical secretary
- Is meticulous, structured, flexible, and enjoys working both independently and in a team
- Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems
- Has a professional and service-oriented approach
About Us
BUP Skaraborg is responsible for specialized child and adolescent psychiatry in Skaraborg. We offer a dynamic work environment where collaboration, development, and flexibility are prioritized.
Additional Information
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
The position is located at the hospital in Skövde.
When employed in child and adolescent psychiatry, a background check will be conducted. This will be handled by the hiring employer.
