We are now seeking a driven restaurant manager who wants to take responsibility for operations and develop our business together with our team in Helsingborg.
About the Role
As restaurant manager, you will have overall responsibility for the restaurant's full functionality – both operationally and administratively.
Leadership and Operations
- Lead and motivate staff in both kitchen and service areas
- Ensure guests receive the best possible experience
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and onboarding of new personnel
- Support shift leaders and team members in daily work
Finance and Administration
- Monitor sales, results, and expenses
- Manage budget, purchasing, and inventory control
- Handle orders, supplier contacts, and administrative routines
Develop and Build Relationships
As restaurant manager at Brunchoteket in Helsingborg, you will not only be responsible for daily operations – you will also become a key person in developing the business and building strong relationships internally and externally.
You will work closely with staff and guests to create a positive and inspiring culture, which includes:
- Actively developing the Helsingborg unit, both operationally and in terms of personnel
- Building long-term relationships with guests, suppliers, and partners
- Creating engagement and team spirit among employees
- Driving improvements in service, quality, and guest experience

- Has leadership experience in restaurant or café settings
- Is structured, stress-resistant, and has an eye for both people and numbers
- Understands finance, planning, and personnel management
- Is a clear leader with positive energy and strong commitment to service
