We are now looking for an embroidery operator who wants to develop in their professional role and eventually take responsibility for leading the embroidery department.
**About the Role**
As an embroidery operator with us, you are a key person throughout the production chain. You work practically with the machines, ensure quality, manage order processing, and create an efficient flow from start to finish.
For the right person, we offer a clear development path towards the role of team leader, where you will take on greater responsibility for planning, work management, and the development of the department.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Operate, set up, and ensure quality in embroidery production
- Manage the order flow – from interpreting order documents and proofs to delivering a finished product
- Flagging, packing, and booking deliveries
- Ensure correct administrative documentation for invoicing
- (In the long term) Be responsible for task distribution, planning, and team development

- Is meticulous, structured, and takes responsibility for their tasks
- Enjoys practical work in a fast-paced but controlled environment
- Is solution-oriented, proactive, and calm even during production peaks
- Has good computer skills and is comfortable with administrative tasks
- Is a positive, unpretentious team player
**Desirable but Not Required:**
- Experience in team leadership
- Experience in textile production, mechanical manufacturing, or order-driven operations
- (No prior machine experience is needed – we will teach you everything on-site.)
