We are looking for someone who:
• Is at least 18 years old
• Has basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a B driver's license or moped permit
• Enjoys physical work
• Is comfortable operating vehicles for which you have a license (bicycle, moped, car)
It is meritorious if you have experience from similar work, but for us, your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.
What does a typical workday look like?
The operation is open on weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are between 07:30-17:00.
• The workday begins with preparation for the day's distribution, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages.
• Distribution then takes place in the designated area. We primarily use electric bicycles for distribution, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your route for the day.
• After all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and conclude with administration and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues.
Employment Type
This is an hourly position where each work shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and need. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions to succeed, the employment will begin with an introduction.
Salary
Fixed hourly or monthly wage according to collective agreement. Wage ladder is applied for both regular and hourly employees. Starting wage/hour is 148.12 SEK (including 12% holiday pay), which corresponds to 132.25 SEK (excluding 12% holiday pay).
