We are looking for someone who:
• Is at least 18 years old
• Has basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Enjoys physical work
• Is comfortable operating vehicles for which you hold a driving license (bicycle, moped, car)
It is an advantage if you have a B driving license or a moped driving permit. Experience in similar work is also a plus, but for us, your background is not the most important aspect. What does a workday look like?
The operation is open on weekdays without holidays. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00 and 16:30.
• The workday begins with preparing for the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the mail and packages for the day.
• After that, deliveries are made within the area. We primarily use electric bicycles for deliveries, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.
• Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office to complete administrative tasks and prepare for the next day's work with your colleagues.
Employment Type
The position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and amounts, depending on the day and needs. We prefer that you are available to work close to full-time during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction.
Salary
Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies for both regular and hourly employees. The starting hourly wage is 148.12 SEK (including 12% vacation pay), which corresponds to 132.25 SEK (excluding 12% vacation pay).
