About the role
As a fire technician at Coor, you will work with the commissioning, service, troubleshooting, and documentation of fire alarm systems for our clients. You will be part of a dedicated team where you receive support from our fire group and collaborate with other technicians to ensure the highest level of safety.
Your workplace will be at Rosenlunds Hospital, the County Hall, and Maria, where we are responsible for property management in environments that demand high standards of quality and safety. In the fire department, we work with preventive safety measures and continuous development of routines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for permits for fire-related hot work and participating in fire rounds
- Supervising and maintaining properties and systematic fire protection work (SBA)
- Assisting during authority inspections
- Disconnecting fire alarms
- Working with sprinkler systems
Who are you?
You are meticulous, self-driven, and have a strong focus on safety. You enjoy taking responsibility for fire protection equipment and work proactively to improve routines and create security. You are positive, service-oriented, and customer-focused while being a role model in safety. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with both clients and colleagues in a team-oriented work approach.
We see that you have:
- A background in property technology with additional training as a fire technician. Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.
- A valid driver's license (B category)
- Experience working with computers as a work tool and using various apps on mobile devices
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, to understand safety regulations

- Probationary period: 6 months
The role is classified under security classification, and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
