**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**About the Position**
This is a daytime position combined with some evening shifts. You will be part of our RIB organization with on-call duty every fourth week at one of our fire stations, Herrljunga or Annelund.
The position requires you to be self-driven, proactive, and able to advance your own work. The team is close-knit and solves emerging problems together. Therefore, we expect you to have good collaboration skills, be receptive, accommodating towards your colleagues, and adaptable to the situation.
We see that you possess strong communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, particularly in spoken form. It is desirable that you also have proficiency in other languages.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Fundamentally, there is a wide variety of tasks. You will be involved and have influence in the assignments of the rescue services.
Depending on your qualifications, the tasks may be adjusted.
**Examples of Tasks:**
- Plan and conduct external training such as fire safety and CPR, training for the municipality's school students.
- Work with the Rescue Service during heightened readiness (RUHB).
- Maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
- Perform inspections according to LSO and permits/inspections according to LBE.
Physical training is included every week.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- MSB training in Accident Prevention or other training deemed relevant by the employer, such as RIB training.
- B driver's license.
**Meritorious:**
- Experience from operational rescue services.
- C driver's license.
- Supervision and other accident prevention work A.
**OTHER**
