About the Role
In this role, you will have a varied and stimulating job where you manage your own days based on the assignments you need to complete. Assignments include service, troubleshooting, adjustments & additions to fire alarms and gas extinguishing systems. You schedule and complete assignments on time, focusing on the customer by delivering safety and simplicity. When on-site with the customer, you work to take a broader view, inform, and help the customer address any potential shortcomings. Together with your region and other colleagues at Presto, we work in a results-oriented manner to meet budget goals and ultimately save more lives together.
• Schedule & perform service on fire alarms & gas extinguishing systems for monthly, quarterly & semi-annual tests, as well as annual maintenance
• Troubleshoot systems with false alarms and resolve identified issues
• Perform adjustments & additions to existing fire alarm/gas extinguishing systems and conduct revisions on gas extinguishing systems and point protection
• Work daily to report & document in our digital platform Mobigo
We are looking for someone who wants to spend their days with different customers on varied assignments. You are passionate about building relationships and understanding customers, their operations, and needs. To succeed in the role, you also need to:
• Have worked with fire alarms and/or gas extinguishing systems or have relevant education
• Have education in electrical/telecommunications or control systems, or have gained equivalent experience through professional years
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Be able to express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
