**Responsibilities:**
As a fire safety technician, your primary goal is to create safety for Brandgruppen Nord's customers. You will work on installing and servicing equipment, checking fire safety systems, and conducting functional tests of technical fire protection, such as fire alarms, ventilation fire protection, and first aid equipment. You will also assist customers with your knowledge and provide advice on fire safety when questions arise.
The work is diverse, and you will encounter a broad range of environments and assignments – from preschools, residential associations, and restaurants to larger industries, healthcare centers, and shopping malls. The role combines practical work with customer interaction, where you will book and plan your assignments with a customer-focused approach. Once on-site, you raise awareness, inform, and help the customer address any deficiencies in fire protection.
You will work from home and cover all of Norrbotten, which means travel and overnight stays for work. Freedom under responsibility is a vital part of the job – you plan your own workday but always have an experienced and unpretentious team backing you.
