About the Role
As a fire guard, you are responsible for preventing and avoiding fires and accidents during hot work. This involves conducting risk analyses, ensuring permits are written correctly and safely, providing the right equipment for the work in progress, and maintaining order and tidiness at the workplace during hot work. The work primarily occurs during daytime, but night work may be required.
You will, for example:
• Monitor the workplace during hot work
• Conduct risk analyses
• Be responsible for equipment
• Work at high heights and in confined spaces

Requirements
Requirements:
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from first year of high school
• B driver's license
Meriting if you:
• Have worked with similar tasks previously
• Are trained in hot work
• Have a civilian or military security guard certification
As a person, you are relationship-building and communicative, with an ability to understand others' needs. This is especially important as you will have close contact with personnel working on hot work and be responsible for their safety.
We believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized. You are interested in technology and can easily understand instructions. We seek an independent person who trusts their own abilities, quickly understands problems, and solves them creatively.

Employment with Securitas Sweden AB requires approved high school grades in Swedish and English and approval from the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to Law (1974:191) on security companies. Depending on the position, security screening may also be required. A background check will be conducted to assess your qualifications.
