What are your key responsibilities as a Housing Rental Agent?
We are seeking a results-oriented housing rental agent focused on showings, sales, and marketing for our fantastic team in Malmö. To thrive with us, you enjoy working independently and working towards set goals - with an objective of zero percent vacancy. To achieve our goal, you are business-oriented, create trust, and have a sales-oriented approach to our tenants and potential interested parties. You actively work to be proactive and available where Heimstaden's customers are.
In this role, you will have many personal contacts with both existing and potential tenants. You are responsible for proactive customer engagement, conducting showings, and establishing rental agreements. As a person, you are innovative and accustomed to prioritizing. You create trust and convey security in your customer interactions, as you are often the first personal contact with Heimstaden.
The position is located in Malmö, where six other housing rental agents work closely together. The office also has colleagues in management and support functions.
Your Profile:
• Experience in relationship-building sales, customer contact, and service. Previous experience in housing rental and/or the real estate industry is considered meritorious.
• Good ability to get along with and handle people in different situations. You have a natural ability to build relationships and create trust.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Many of our tenants come from all corners of the world, so proficiency in other languages is meritorious.
• Comfortable working digitally and quickly adapting to new systems.
• Valid driver's license (B-license).
