We are now seeking a Housing Rental Specialist for a time-limited assignment in our Eskilstuna team to continue creating a pleasant and secure living environment for our tenants. You will report to the area manager responsible for the management area in Eskilstuna and become an important part of a fantastic team. In the role of Housing Rental Specialist, you will have many personal contacts with our tenants and will be responsible for presenting our housing to potential tenants. Your main tasks will include: - Queue management - Drafting lease agreements - Publishing available apartments and parking spaces on our website - Booking and conducting property viewings - Pre-inspection of apartments - Documentation and other administrative tasks This time-limited position is approximately 8-12 months with the possibility of extension. Your Profile We are seeking someone with experience in service and customer contact who enjoys a role involving daily human interactions. Experience in housing rental and good knowledge of transfers, apartment exchanges, subletting, and contract writing is advantageous. Additionally, experience working in our property system Vitec and having completed studies in the real estate sector is a plus. Qualifications • Experience in service and customer contact • Advantageous experience in housing rental • Good MS Office skills and ability to quickly learn new systems • Structured and able to plan and prioritize your days • Strong social skills and attentiveness • Clear communication and reliability • Good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written • Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous • Driving license (Class B) is required
