Housing Company Seeks Caretaker for Hisingen
Are you a meticulous and service-oriented person who enjoys creating order and comfort? We are now seeking a caretaker for Hisingen where you will work in a dynamic environment with varied tasks and challenges.
As a caretaker, you play a crucial role for us and our tenants, as your job contributes to well-being and security.
Job Responsibilities
As a caretaker at the Housing Company, you are responsible for keeping our properties clean and pleasant for our tenants. You will work both independently and together with colleagues from different professional groups. The work is diverse, and you will perform everything from daily cleaning to deep cleaning, window washing, and floor care.
Your Main Tasks:
• Perform cleaning and maintenance within your area.
• Deep cleaning of common areas such as basements and attics.
• Window washing
• Planning and coordinating cleaning to ensure highest quality.
• Contribute to increased security by reporting faults and deficiencies.
• Actively work to improve tenant comfort through dialogue and activities.
• Assist with snow removal and anti-slip measures when needed.
About You

Qualifications
• Basic cleaning skills, preferably with professional certification.
• Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid B driver's license
• Experience with floor care, window washing, and cleaning machines is meritorious.

About Us
The Housing Company has approximately 25,000 rental apartments distributed across all districts of Gothenburg. This makes us one of Gothenburg's largest landlords and an important part of social and urban development.
We are approximately 400 people working at the Housing Company. Most work out in our residential areas closest to our tenants, while others work centrally in one of our support functions. We have more than 20 different professions represented, but regardless of job role, we all work towards the same goal - creating good and secure living environments together with around 50,000 tenants and our other partners.
