About the position
At Insatt, you will play a central role in guiding clients through more or less complex legal issues, focusing on ensuring both legal security and business success. You will work closely with clients to tailor strategies that fit their unique business needs and goals. With your expertise in company law, you will assist our clients, ranging from entrepreneurs to venture capital firms and municipal companies.
You will take ownership of your projects, while also collaborating with colleagues and sharing your knowledge and experience to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Who are you?
We are looking for a lawyer who enjoys a role where law and business go hand in hand. We believe you have worked closely with business operations, preferably with issues related to corporate law, business transfers, commercial agreements, or investments, and are accustomed to balancing legal precision with practical utility. If you have a strong network in and around Örebro, we see that as a significant advantage.
You are someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and is curious about how businesses operate – not just legally, but in the broader context. You have an engaged and clear approach to giving advice, where you are confident in your assessments but also responsive to the client's needs. You possess strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset – you are motivated by finding solutions and contributing to the development of both clients and colleagues. You are grounded, unpretentious, and confident in yourself, and you value the importance of building trust – both in client relationships and within your team. And perhaps most importantly, you thrive in an environment with plenty of freedom, personal responsibility, and wonderful colleagues.
