About the Position As a Company Accountant, you will belong to the finance function of the Circura group in Stockholm and work closely with the CFO, Accounting Manager, Controllers, Company Accountants, and Accounts Payable Specialists. You will have overall responsibility for qualified accounting in several of the group’s companies and become a key person in integrating and developing routines and processes as new companies join the group. Your Responsibilities - Overall responsibility for qualified accounting in several companies, including monthly and annual closings, annual reports, as well as VAT and tax management - Collaboration with regional controllers and other key personnel regarding accruals, bookings, and analyses - Onboarding and integrating newly acquired companies into the group’s accounting and reporting processes - Contributing to the development of reporting and financial processes related to your companies - Administering and developing workflows in Visma.Net and other financial systems - Participating in improvement initiatives and efficiency projects in the finance department Who Are You? As Circura is experiencing strong growth, you need to be flexible, proactive, and have a structured approach to your work. You are detail-oriented while also being able to see the bigger picture and understand how processes can be improved. Your Background - Academic degree in finance or vocational training in accounting - At least 3 years of experience in qualified accounting work - Experience with overall responsibility for accounting in small or medium-sized companies - Good system knowledge and strong Excel skills - Experience as an accounting consultant or work within a Shared Service Center is an advantage - Experience from project-driven or entrepreneurial operations is a plus - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Application Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
