Do you want to help lead one of Kiruna's most exciting destinations? Camp Ripan is now seeking an engaged and driven Booking and Reception Manager who, with warmth, structure, and leadership, will drive and develop our reception and booking department.
Your responsibilities include:
As the Booking and Reception Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing the daily operations of the reception and booking, with a focus on creating a professional hospitality experience and high service standards. Through a coaching leadership style, you will motivate your employees, manage staffing, scheduling, and ensure compliance with working hours according to applicable laws and agreements. You will drive an active work environment initiative and ensure a safe and pleasant workplace for the team.
You will also have overall responsibility for our booking system and external collaborations, ensuring that all information is accurately updated and that our packages are attractive and sales-driven. Developing relationships with partners, OTAs, and tour operators is an important part of the role, as well as participating in concept development, marketing efforts, and seasonal evaluations.
In terms of financial responsibility, you will manage the department cost-effectively according to the budget, work with upselling, and adjust resources based on occupancy. You will also ensure that purchases align with Camp Ripan's sustainability values and actively contribute to the long-term development of the business.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in a leadership position within hotels, reception, or booking is an advantage.
• A coaching and inclusive leadership style.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and business-driven approach.
• Enjoys working both strategically and operationally.
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
