Residential Support Worker Wanted, Permanent Position Starting Immediately

Looking for a residential support worker at 50-100% with immediate start, no later than November 7! Are you interested in working with something new and seeking new challenges, and want to avoid heavy lifting and personal hygiene tasks? Working hours vary Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM on weekdays. You must be available to work within this timeframe. We are looking for several residential support workers in social psychiatry who can start immediately at 50-100%. We work in our clients' homes and have agreements with the City of Stockholm, so the workplace varies across different municipal administrations belonging to the City of Stockholm. Residential support is an intervention according to the Social Services Act (SoL). Job responsibilities: Working as a residential support worker involves supporting, motivating, and assisting individuals based on their needs so they can live as independently as possible. The support is provided either in or outside the home, depending on the approved interventions. The tasks are varied, and as a residential support worker, you must be flexible and able to switch working methods throughout the day based on the client you are working with. Common tasks include providing support during interactions with authorities and medical professionals, as well as assisting with daily situations such as cooking, cleaning, planning and organization, shopping and errands, technical matters, and financial tasks. EDUCATION IS A REQUIREMENT! We are looking for you who are a certified nursing assistant, graduated from a care and nursing program, or have equivalent education that the employer deems comparable. It is not sufficient to have good knowledge of the Swedish language. You must have advanced proficiency both orally and in writing, as we work a lot with authority contacts and collaboration with other stakeholders.
