We are looking for someone who wants to help create the conditions for a safer and more independent life – every day. **What You Will Do** In the role of residential support worker, you will provide personalized support to adults based on assistance decisions pursuant to the Social Services Act. Residential support is a practical and social intervention aimed at making everyday life easier for individuals with mental and/or cognitive impairments and/or substance abuse issues. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting individuals in planning, executing, and participating in daily tasks - Providing support during contact with authorities and healthcare providers - Establishing, following up on, and evaluating implementation plans together with the individual - Documenting interventions according to applicable guidelines The intervention may also include activities outside the home, and you will always work with the individual's goals and participation in focus. For individuals with mental impairments, a key purpose of the residential support is to train skills and achieve greater independence, as well as to ensure they feel secure in their home even at night. **Your Experience** We are looking for someone who has: - Completed a healthcare program or another qualification that the employer deems equivalent - Experience working with the target groups in adult services - Strong teamwork skills - A valid driving license (B category) as driving is part of the daily duties - Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as experience with documentation - Personal suitability will be highly valued **Who You Are** To succeed in this role, we see that you possess the following competencies according to Assessio Bloom's framework: - **Networking** You are socially curious and build relationships with ease.
