We are now seeking support workers for our residential facilities within the functional support area. We work with a focus on individual needs, participation, and the right to self-determination.
You will become part of a committed team that collaborates to provide support, care, and motivation to individuals with various functional variations and individual support needs. Together, we create security, structure, and quality of life in daily activities.

DUTIES
As a support worker, you provide daily support and service based on each person's individual needs, decisions, and implementation plan according to Social Services Act (SoL) or Disability Support Act (LSS). The work involves providing both practical and social support, motivating activity and participation, and creating structure and security in daily life.
Your tasks may include:
• Personal care and support with hygiene, dressing, and daily routines.
• Household chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Healthcare tasks based on delegation.
• Contributing to meaningful activities and participation, such as walks and outings.
• Communication and pedagogical support that facilitates daily life and strengthens independence.
• Documentation according to applicable routines.
You work with a motivational approach and a calm, respectful manner, always focusing on strengthening the individual's independence, participation, and quality of life.
The position involves work during day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in working with people and providing good care and daily support. You care about those we serve and want to contribute to helping each person achieve a good life based on their own conditions.
You are responsible, attentive, and adaptable to different needs and situations. You can work independently but also enjoy close collaboration with others. In challenging situations, you remain calm and find solutions.
The position requires a high school education, preferably with a focus on care and support or other equivalent education. You need to have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (B-license) is required.
Experience working within LSS, social psychiatry, or similar services is meritorious. Knowledge of LSS, SoL, or methods such as low-affective approach and motivational interviewing is advantageous. We place great importance on personal suitability.
