As a housing support worker, you are a central part of our work in providing support and help to individuals with psychosocial needs. You will be an important resource for our municipal residents, and your work will directly impact their quality of life. As a housing support worker in social psychiatry, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding individuals living with mental health challenges. Your work will involve a variety of tasks where you actively contribute to creating a meaningful and safe everyday life for our service users. Your work will be characterized by independence and initiative, where your ability to be flexible and adapt to each individual's unique situation is crucial. As a housing support worker in social psychiatry, you need to have strong personal maturity and integrity, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative. Qualifications
- Care and Healthcare Program and the course "Care and Healthcare Specialization" in the (social) psychiatric field, plus one of the following courses: Social Pedagogy, Social Work 1 or Social Work 2
Or
- Child and Leisure Program with a focus on pedagogical and social work, plus one of the elective courses: Social Work 2, Special Education 1, Special Education 2, Psychology 1, Psychology 2b
Additional requirements include approved Swedish 1 (100 points) and Social Studies (50 points) at high school level, based on Care and Healthcare College requirement level.

Meriting Characteristics
Knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses, comorbidity, and substance abuse.
Additional Information
You need to have experience working in social psychiatry and substance abuse and possess a valid B driver's license for manual transmission. When called for an interview, you will be asked to bring an extract from the criminal record register of the type "check of own information" in an unopened envelope.
