About Heden Care Center
Heden Care Center is a residential care home (SoL) for individuals with psychiatric diagnoses. We have 56 places divided across six units: Heden, Hedbacken, Hedgården, Solheden, Björkheden, and Solrosen.
About the Role
As a Housing Support Worker, you will focus on the individual needs and wishes of residents, providing daily life support through a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff, you will work to make each day meaningful and fulfilling. You will support and guide residents in personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Work hours include daytime, evening, weekends, and night shifts (awake nights).
You will have a group manager close to you in the organization, with potential future career opportunities.
Your Experience and Knowledge
Ideal candidates have a high school education in healthcare and social care or equivalent training. You should have excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written), good computer skills, and documentation experience. Previous experience working with this target group is meritorious. Your CV is not the most important factor - if you have the right personal qualities, we will support your growth.
