Your Mission
The social psychiatry service in Nacka is the municipal option for providing support to individuals with mental disabilities.
In the role of housing supporter, you will offer individualized housing support to our clients in their own homes throughout Nacka. The support services are based on requests sent by authorities and are tailored to each client's needs, making the work very varied. This may involve helping clients develop skills to improve their daily lives, such as establishing routines for managing their homes or finding ways to break isolation. The work is highly independent, and you will be out in the field during your working hours. The housing support also collaborates with community centers where clients can become part of a community, meet others, and participate in various activities.
Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. Evenings and weekends may occur if necessary.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Daily documentation
- Working with implementation plans
- Support in contact with authorities, healthcare, guardians, or similar
- In-home support such as shopping, cooking, laundry, planning, and structuring

Your Experience
To be considered for the position, you must have:
- Completed education in healthcare and social services with a focus on psychiatry, or a degree in social work or equivalent education from a university or college
- Experience working with the target group
- Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you also have:
- Experience in educational and/or social work, preferably in housing support or similar roles
- Proficiency in computer use and documentation
You must be at least 18 years old.
