About Björklidsvägen and Ormbunksvägen Group Home
Björklidsvägen and Ormbunksvägen is a group home under LSS designed for individuals with autism spectrum disorders or intellectual disabilities. The group home has 6 apartments and is located on ground level.
We work with individualized approaches based on Nytida's pedagogical framework, which focuses on low-affective interaction, clarifying pedagogy, and alternative and complementary communication (AAC).

About the Role
As a support worker, you will address residents' individual needs and wishes, providing daily support through a pedagogical approach. Together with colleagues, you'll work to make each day meaningful and enriching. You'll support and guide residents in personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. A crucial part of the job is stimulating and motivating residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documentation and planning based on implementation plans. Work hours include daytime, evening, weekends, and overnight shifts.
You'll have a team leader or group manager nearby who partially works in the facility. This could also represent a future career opportunity for you.
Your Experience and Knowledge
Candidates should have:
• High school education in healthcare and social care or equivalent
• Preferably psychiatric care experience
• Strong Swedish language skills (verbal and written)
• Good computer skills and documentation experience
• Driving license (required)
• Positive attitude
• Strong commitment to people
• Ability to work in a team
