Social Worker / Social Pedagogue
Västerbotten County, based in Piteå/Skellefteå.
We require that you have relevant post-secondary education in fields such as behavioral science, psychiatry, or pedagogy. A degree as a Social Worker or trained Social Pedagogue (400 YH or 120-180 ECTS, not distance education) is a MUST. Work experience from similar roles is an advantage.
It is beneficial if you are accustomed to working with children.

We are looking for a self-driven and flexible contact person/housing support worker with commitment and a positive demeanor for our operations in Västerbotten.
Responsibilities: As a housing support worker, you will be available to guide and provide security through individual support in daily life. You will be the contact person for a number of clients whom you will meet regularly, including both adults and children. This includes all practical support as well as conversational support. Conversational support may involve trauma treatment, crisis management, and discussions regarding violence/situations for increased understanding. Practical support may include transportation, contact with authorities, medical visits, identifying employment opportunities such as internships or jobs, and promoting good health through exercise. Help individuals living in our apartments to increase their confidence in their own abilities and enhance their independence.
Administrative tasks such as social documentation and the establishment of action plans.

Requirements
