Full-time Housing Support Worker

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a female residential support worker for a full-time position (100%). Sympati AB provides high-quality residential support services to over 800 individuals in Stockholm City, Solna City, and Lidingö. In addition to a degree in social work or healthcare and social services, we prefer candidates who can work independently, are empathetic and communicative, and possess a pedagogical approach with the ability to motivate others. Experience in psychiatry or LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) is also desirable. Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are a plus. Work during evenings and weekends may be required. Start date: January 2026.
