Housing Support Worker 50%

We are seeking a Housing Support Worker at 50% employment Sympati AB provides high-quality housing support services to over 800 individuals in Stockholm City, Solna City, and Lidingö. In addition to education in social work or care and support, we prefer candidates who can work independently, are empathetic and communicative, and have a pedagogical approach with the ability to motivate others. We also welcome experience working in psychiatry or within LSS (Support and Services for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are desirable. Start date to be determined by mutual agreement. Evening and weekend work may be required.
