**About the Workplace**
One of our employees is moving on to a new assignment, and therefore we are looking for a new colleague.
We are seeking someone interested in working within a municipal organization with administrative tasks.
Within the assistance unit, we handle LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), the Social Services Act, as well as transportation services and national transportation services in accordance with current legislation. The unit consists of team leaders, assistance caseworkers, LSS caseworkers, transportation caseworkers, fee caseworkers, family consultants, dementia care consultants, and administrators. The unit is led by a unit manager.
This position is a shared role. You will work both with housing coordination and fee case management. The role also includes administrative tasks such as reviewing invoices.
**Your Responsibilities**
As a housing coordinator, your tasks will include offering and coordinating housing placements within Elderly Care. This involves providing housing placements to individuals on the waiting list for special housing. You will also maintain continuous contact with the municipal special housing facilities. In your role as a housing coordinator, you will have ongoing communication with users and their relatives, and you will follow up on the special housing assistance for all users living in these facilities at least once a year.
In the role of fee caseworker, you will make fee decisions based on users' incomes and expenses. You will provide excellent service to users and citizens regarding questions related to fees. You will also be involved in developing informational materials about fees. The role includes handling invoices, approving receipts, and managing and resolving unpaid invoices. You will collaborate and communicate with the finance department for further handling of various cases. Additionally, you will work closely with internal partners and the municipality's service providers according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in economics/administration or equivalent education that the employer deems suitable. It is advantageous if you have previously worked as a fee caseworker or have experience that we consider relevant to the tasks. We also prefer that you have experience in care and support. We expect you to have good computer skills and an interest in working with various systems, as well as an aptitude for digital tools and calculations. Experience with the systems Pulsen Combain and Visma is also a plus.

You have strong analytical skills, are committed to providing excellent service, and are proficient in expressing yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. The role involves a significant amount of phone communication with citizens and their relatives, so you need to be service-minded and have a positive demeanor.
