Ekebyvägen 17 is a group home in the scenic Ekeby district, close to green areas and the city center. It offers housing for five persons who primarily need social support, such as conversations, motivation, and community. Staff is always present, 24/7, with an awake night shift.
Tallbacksvägen 62 is a group home in a newly built two-story villa with an elevator in the Norby district, approximately 4.5 km from the city center. It features six fully equipped apartments and common areas like a kitchen and living room, with a spacious shared outdoor area with a grill. Staff is always present, 24/7, with an awake night shift, actively working to support residents' independence.
Staff prepares all meals on-site, typically eaten in the shared living room. Residents can also choose to eat in their individual apartments if desired.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently during night shifts
- Perform regular safety rounds according to implementation plan
- Ensure residents sleep safely and comfortably
- Document all supervision according to operational routines
- Be available to handle alarms or support needs
- Write night notes in the operational system
- Provide verbal and/or written reports during shift changes
- Perform cleaning duties according to schedule
Qualifications:
- High school diploma in healthcare/social services or equivalent nursing assistant competence
- Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Documented experience is advantageous
